All microphone data is used solely for ephemeral processing that stays entirely on your device; your audio data is never transmitted to our servers, stored remotely, or shared with third parties. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

Consent to Use of Data:

Technical data is recorded, such as app version, device version, and crashlytics (including stack traces and device performance metrics when the app crashes). This information is provided by services like Google Play Services, Firebase Crashlytics, and Apple, and is used to identify bugs, improve performance, and drive future update decisions for the app.

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information - including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals - that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, produce support, and other services to you. We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our app and to provide far better services or technologies to you.

You may opt out of this information at any time through your phone's settings. We primarialy use Google Ad Ids which you can opt out of through Google. To reiterate, we unequivocally do not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances.

We will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Analytics and crash data are retained for short periods to improve app functionality. We do not store any personal data longer than required, and data from ephemeral processing (such as microphone audio) is not retained at all.

We may employ third-party companies and services (such as Google Play Services, Apple, Firebase Crashlytics, and Ad Networks) to facilitate our apps, provide services on our behalf, or perform analytics.
